TELECOMMUTING
Telecommuting is a process where employees work at home itself instead going to the company in person. Telecommuting is the result of the advanced communication techniques. Employees need not go to their office in person daily to do their work. They can do their work at home itself and can report their final assignment status once in a week or twice in a week. This saves the employee’s time and the company’s time too. Moreover since the person is at home, he would be free from stress and other problems. In these densely populated cities, traveling from one place to another is a great problem. Starting from home till the desired destination one should cross many signals and face many traffics problems. All these problems could be greatly avoided by this technique. Telecommuting facility is now on practice in many companies. Every one in 5 employees is afforded with this facility.
