This law has been welcomed by most of the parents and other non-governmental organizations. By this law, students are restricted to wear only decent dresses within the college premises. This in no way will affect their studies, infact these laws will make the students to concentrate on their studies rather than deviating their minds in unnecessary things. Students should not think that they are not given the right of freedom, by implementing the dress code law. Students should understand that this law has been mainly implemented by the higher authorities to make the students to achieve higher and help them to score more in their academics. This law creates a healthy environment in the premises. Hence this dress code should be made available in all the colleges and universities around the globe.

Though an individual is very talented enough and capable of doing things greater than an individual whose qualification is higher than him, the talented person would not be promoted as he do not possess the necessary qualification. According to the company’s norms, an individual should be promoted for a higher post only if his educational qualification meets the requirement of that particular post else the person would not be promoted, rather he would be requested by the company to study in order to meet the requirement and come back. This is the present scenario in all the firms even in top MNCs. Now the question is “IS DEGREE NECESSARY?” I would rather answer this question as DEGREE IS NOT MANDATORY. Most of the subjects in the degree contains only out dated concepts and theories. If a person is doing great in the industry then he should not be sent to the graduate school again to study those outdated concepts merely to posses a degree, by then he would have learnt a lot new technologies and concepts if he would have stayed in the industry. Hence the companies should consider about this issue. Talents should be given priority rather than mere qualification.

To my point of view, I accept this statement. Internet has replaced the book as the main source of information. In old times, to refer any details we used to rush into a library and the desired book and refer or clear or doubts, but with the introduction of many search engines like Live search, Yahoo, Wikipedia, Google we search or clear our doubts in the internet itself rather than searching for a book in the library. And to access a library you need to travel to the library and access it. But that is not the case with internet. You can surf the network wherever you want and whenever you require. You get almost all the information regarding your search in your place very easily, which is not possible in the other way. Hence internet has replaced the books as the main source of information.

This creates a lot of unemployment problem. Since the machine takes care of everything, then there arises no job for the man to do his work. Even core companies now-a-days have lots of automations controlled by systems. So, they do have lots of computers in their company in par to the IT industry. Even their work is also becoming white collared. Hence most of these technologies are making humans lazy and weak, because of which they suffer from lots of diseases. Hence technology should be made into existence only when the work is impossible for a human to do; else human himself should try to complete the works.

The traffic overload is created when the sender and receiver misunderstands each other. When there is no proper synchronization between the sender and receiver, the traffic overload problem occurs. When the sender sends the data at a faster rate and the receiver receives it in a slower rate then there arises traffic. The reverse case is also possible. To avoid these traffic and subsequently the congestion there are many methods available like Leaky bucket concept. Congestion dramatically decreases the Quality of Service. Quality of Service (QoS) is the main thing that should be maintained in the networking concept. Hence a network should be free from congestion to maintain its QoS

The work and the work process of many individuals have been completely changed because of this Information Technology. IT companies pay more to their employees, and most of their employees would be youngsters. They opt mainly for the youngsters. Though they pay more they squeeze their employees to the core to get that salary. But many youngsters get attracted towards the salary they offer and join them without knowing their consequences. A youngster when he gets employed in a IT industry and start earning handful of money within a short period. He is so exited about the fact and starts spending lavishly and forgets the importance of money. He starts to disobey his parents and indulge himself in malpractices. Though he is not interested he will forced to do so by his friends or some thing like that. Once if he is caught of this malpractice he looses his job in the company, he looses his self-respect in the society and looses every thing one by one. All this because of the money and bad companions he has. But not ITians are like this. These are youngsters who train themselves well and proceed with a good career in their life without indulging in any problems. So, IT either lifts the person or pushes the person down, it does these two extremes.
